Return and Exchange PolicyIf for any reason, you are not happy with the products that you ordered, please return it in its original condition (unwashed and unused) with tags still attached within 30 days purchase or 30 days from your baby's due date. Please, make exchanges within 45 days. All items must be in with their original packaging, unwashed and unused with tags/ labels still attached, and must be free of smells (smoke, oils, perfume, etc...), pet hair, and dirt or sand. Shipping charges are not refundable. However, you will receive FREE shipping back to you on Exchanges. Many online companies charge a restocking fee, Earth Bums DOES NOT. However, we ask that you call us or email us to let us know you are planning to make a return. When you call or email, you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please include this number as well as an explanation of why you wish to return the item. * PLEASE NOTE* YOU MUST HAVE AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION # TO MAKE A RETURN We will refund or exchange it for you promptly. There is a 10 day clearing period for all checks. Sometimes it takes a full 10 days on refunds or credits. Please be patient, but do call if it's longer than 10 days. If your package is refused at Customs and sent back to us, you will receive a Store Credit minus any shipping fees or taxes. Do I need Insurance?Package insurance is not required, but is encouraged. Earth Bums will not take responsibility for lost, stolen, late, or damaged items. Insurance is an additional charge, but it will protect you from lost or damaged items during transit. If you purchase Insurance on your package and a situation occurs, we will help solve the problem. Where is my Package?All of our shipments are sent with Delivery Confirmation or tracking number. Your Confirmation or Tracking number will be sent to you using the email address you provided at checkout. The Carriers information is all that we go by, and we're sorry we cannot provide you with more.
