If for any reason, you are not happy with the products that you ordered, please return it in its original condition (unwashed and unused) with tags still attached within 30 days purchase or 30 days from your baby's due date. Please, make exchanges within 30 days. All items must be in with their original packaging, unwashed and unused with tags/ labels still attached, and must be free of smells (smoke, oils, perfume, etc...), pet hair, and dirt or sand.
If items and quantities are special ordered for you, there may be a restocking fee charged to you by the Manufacturer upon returning the item or items.
Earth Bums does not have a restocking fee for items that can be returned to us and resold.
Shipping charges are not refundable. However, you will receive FREE shipping back to you on all exchanges.
We ask that you call us or email us to let us know you are planning to make a return. When you call or email, you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA #).
Please include this number as well as an explanation of why you wish to return the item.

We will refund or exchange it for you promptly. There is a 10 day clearing period for all checks. Sometimes it takes a full 10 days on refunds or credits.
Please be patient, but do call if it's longer than 10 days.
All refunds will be made using your original method of payment, unless a store credit was negotiated.
If our Store Policies are not followed, we reserve the right to exercise our best judgment in issuing partial refunds or store credits.

Earth Bums will make every attempt to get you the item you requested. However, the Manufacturers change colors and prints frequently without our knowledge. Special orders may be ordered at our discretion and must be prepaid. Earth Bums reserves the right to limit the quantity of items you special order. Please be understanding as we are a very small family business.

In the event that the product is defective, please return the clean item to us with a note detailing the problem.
* Defective means Manufacturers Defect and not normal wear and tear of the item, nor does it cover dog damage or damage due to improper washing.*
We will be happy to exchange the item for you or issue you a credit for merchandise to use when you choose.
Shipping back to you will be Free.
