Earth Bums is a mommy owned and staffed business in Northern Kentucky that sells natural baby and mommy products. Support and encouragement for local and web customers who choose to cloth diaper is essential, especially when you are starting out. We are your support, (and cheerleaders) answering your questions about cloth diapering, offering classes, and also helping our customers find what they need to fit their family, lifestyle, and budget.

Why doesn't Earth Bums sell EVERYTHING the other stores have?

Earth Bums is committed to saving you time and money by testing and choosing the BEST, most DURABLE cloth diapering products. Just because a cloth diaper is popular, doesn't mean it's going to work.
So instead of stocking our shelves to make a sale, we stock our store with what we use and love. Pretty simple.
Of course, that doesn't mean that we're not flexible or stuck in our ways- We give all products, new and old, a fair shot to try to impress us. Once they've captured our cloth diapering hearts, it's a beautiful thing.

Melissa Talbert is a co-founder and the leader our Cloth Classes. She and her husband, Ben (inventor of the "Ben - Fold" diaper technique), have four kiddos, two and a half in cloth (the half is the potty learning babe). They live in N.KY, on a beautiful hill. Melissa is the creative mind who came up the our Company name. Little known fact: Melissa hales from Las Vegas and is a natural cleaning whiz (seriously, her house smells amazing!)

Jen Richardson is the owner and a co-founder of this endeavor. Her and her husband, Tom (trying to invent his own diapering technique), two children, one is almost potty trained (Hurray!), one is a newbie and has a cloth diaper career for at least 2 years. They also live in N.KY. Little know fact: Jen loves to pull weeds and run (but not at the same time).
